Brand New French Patisserie is recruiting a Pastry Chef.
You will be working for a very dynamic and brand new company in the UK, having demonstrated already a huge potential in France (Strasbourg) around the Master Pastry Chef Didier Meyer.
You will need to have knowledge of French basics and have a proven previous experience as a Pastry Chef.
The Patisserie will be located on Queensferry Street – Edinburgh city centre, and offering typical French Pâtisserie products.
You will understand how to manage your stocks and ensure that the variance between theoretical and actual GP% is within set parameters, and have a thorough knowledge of all back of house paperwork including due diligence, Health and Safety, COSHH and HACCP.
